Performance Arts Department – Music and Dance

Welcome to the Music and Dance Section of the Performance Arts Department at Apostolic Carmel Girls’ Secondary School, Nairobi!

Music and dance are integral parts of our school’s co-curricular activities, forming the bedrock of our performance arts program. Over the past 15 years, Apostolic Carmel Girls’ Secondary School has continuously excelled in music and dance, both within the school and at various external festivals and competitions. Our students’ dedication, passion, and talent have brought us national recognition and numerous accolades.

Achievements

Our school has consistently performed at an exceptional level in various festival categories, showcasing our students’ talents and hard work. Some of our notable achievements include:

  • Oriental Instruments: Showcasing the use of traditional Oriental musical instruments.

The school is a force to reckon with on the national and potentially international stage, having won various accolades over the years. The mention of the school’s name anywhere in the country rings the bell of champions in the Kenya National Music Festivals.
